PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 35.1 The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements as may be required from time to time and will absorb the cost of such printing. This will include the cost of printing updated pages.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 52.1 The Board shall supply sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement for signing purposes so as to provide each of the Association and the Board with an original signed copy.
52.2 The Board shall make available the Collective Agreement for computer access by Members with downloading capabilities.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. After the Parties have proofed the draft Agreement each Party agrees to pay one- half (1/2) the cost of printing sufficient copies for the Employer and to provide each present and new Employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement.

The Company agrees to undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreement and its addendums (E.S.I.M.A., Employee Benefit Plan, etc.) within 90 days from the date that the contract language is agreed to. Printing to be completed in one book where possible. The Company will provide the Union with a sufficient number of agreements for distribution to the membership and duly authorized representatives.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 37.1 Effective the first of the month following ratification, the Company agrees to undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements within 60 days of signing the 5.1 Master Agreement. In addition, the Company will examine the feasibility of combining the Benefit Booklet, the ESIMA and the 5.1 Collective Agreement into one document.
37.2 A copy of the collective agreement will be supplied to all employees.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 5.01 The cost of printing the Collective Agreement will be shared equally by the Union and the Employer.

48.01 Each Party agrees to pay one-half (1/2) the cost of printing sufficient copies of the Master Agreement and subsidiary agreement to each individual who requests one.
48.02 Each Party further agrees to pay the full cost of printing additional copies that they order.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 39.01 The Parties agree that following ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement by both Parties, the Employer shall prepare the Collective Agreement incorporating all of the ratified changes for proofing by AUPE prior to signing.
39.02 The proofed and signed copy shall become a final searchable PDF version of the collective agreement (content, format and color). Each Party further agrees to print copies based on the PDF version and each party agrees to pay the full cost of printing copies that they order at a printing facility of their choice. The printing of the Collective Agreements for AUPE members will be processed at AUPE Headquarters.
39.03 Each Party agrees to the placement of a searchable PDF version of the Collective Agreement on the website of Bow Valley College and AUPE, within thirty (30) days of the ratification of the Collective Agreement by both Parties.
39.04 Bow Valley College agrees, in its new Employee orientation documentation, to provide new Employees with the website address location of the Collective Agreement.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS. 33.01 The Employer agrees to share the cost equally with the Union of off-set printing this Agreement in booklet form provided the Union types the Agreement in the size necessary for such off-set printing.
