Nurses Malpractice Insurance. The Board shall provide the sum of up to One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) annually to each nursing faculty member of the bargaining unit who is required as a condition of his/her employment to carry malpractice insurance; provided, however, that each such member of the bargaining unit shall utilize such funds for the purchase of such insurance as is required to be maintained, and shall maintain the same in force and effect during each such year so required.
