Compensation per pay period shall be effective as follows: verbal skill level at fifty dollars ($50.00) per pay period, written skill level at fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per pay period, and technical skill level at sixty dollars ($60.00) per pay period. Such compensation shall be paid pro-rated based on hours actually worked.
