NXX Migration. 2.7.1 NXX reassignment/migration is permissible upon agreement of the Parties. Upon request by either Party to migrate an NXX, the Parties will determine the reassignment/migration process and any applicable charges. In a pooling environment, LNP will be the migration method pursuant to number pooling guidelines.
