NYCDOT Response. Within thirty (30) Days of receipt of the Notice of Claim, NYCDOT shall make available to the Comptroller a copy of all material submitted by NYCDOT to the Commissioner in connection with the dispute. NYCDOT may not present to the Comptroller any material not presented to the Commissioner except at the request of the Comptroller.
