Common use of NYCDOT Response Clause in Contracts

NYCDOT Response. Within thirty (30) Days of its receipt of the petition by the City Corporation Counsel, NYCDOT shall respond to the brief written statement of the Contractor and make available to the Contract Dispute Resolution Board all material it submitted to the Commissioner and Comptroller. Three (3) complete copies of the NYCDOT response shall be provided to the Contract Dispute Resolution Board and one to the Contractor. Extensions of time for submittal of NYCDOT’s response shall be given as necessary upon a showing of good cause or, upon consent of the parties, for an initial period of up to thirty (30) Days.
