„Náhradní díly“ znamená originální náhradní díly a příslušenství potřebné pro poskytování Servisních služeb pro Zařízení. 1.1.7 „Servisní služby“ znamenají činnosti uvedené v čl. 4. Smlouvy vztahu k Zařízení a Náhradním dílům;‌ 1.1.8 „Vada“ znamená (i) právní vady Náhradních dílů/Servisních služeb nebo (ii) rozpor mezi skutečnými vlastnostmi Náhradních dílů/Servisních služeb a vlastnostmi a požadavky, které jsou stanoveny touto Smlouvou, nebo (iii) rozpor mezi objednaným a skutečně dodaným Náhradními díly/Servisními službami. 1.1.9 „Zákon o ochraně osobních údajů“ znamená zákon č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. 1.1.10 „Zařízení“ znamená kompaktní dráhový zametač odfukovač zn.   • Procurement Agent The employee of APS authorized to act on behalf of the Owner in this Contract. The Procurement Agent may designate in writing others to act on his behalf, and such designation shall state any limitations on the authority of such designee. Contractor shall not rely upon and Owner shall not be bound by any statement or representation made on behalf of APS by any person not designated to the Contractor in writing as authorized to so act on behalf of the Procurement Agent. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder, and thereafter the Contractor, to establish the authority to act regarding any communication or action by any person other than the Procurement Agent. Use of the term Procurement Agent in the Contract Documents shall be deemed to include such properly authorized designee within the scope of that designee’s authorization.

  • Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Relocation Costs for Registrants Relocation costs for successful applicants who change residence as a result of the hiring that are supported by proper proof of expenditures within ninety (90) days of commencing employment, will be paid by the hiring institution in accordance with its relocation policies and practices for the position for which the registrant was hired. If funding is available, the costs will be reimbursed to the hiring institution from the Labour Adjustment Fund.
