Objection to Representative. GEC shall be entitled by notice to Contractor to object to any representative or person employed by Contractor or any Subcontractor in the execution of the Work who is incompetent or negligent, or engages in misconduct, and Contractor shall promptly take reasonable measures to resolve GEC’s concern.
