Common use of Objections to Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Objections to Evaluation. A copy of the written evaluation shall be submitted to the teacher at the time of the personal conference following the evaluation. A copy would then be signed indicating completion of the conference and returned to the Administration. In the event that the teacher feels his/her evaluation was incomplete or unjust, within ten (10) days following the personal conference, he/she may put his/her objections in writing and have them attached to the evaluation report of the principal to be placed in his/her personnel file. All evaluations shall be based upon the criteria found in the teacher evaluation form.

A copy would then be signed indicating completion of the conference and returned to the Administration. In the event that the teacher ancillary staff feels his/her evaluation was incomplete or unjust, within ten (10) days following the personal conference, he/she may put his/her objections in writing and have them attached to the evaluation report of the principal to be placed in his/her personnel file. All evaluations shall be based upon the criteria found in the teacher evaluation form.
