Appendix Aegon intends to be an organization where the talents and skills of people with an impairment are recognized, acknowledged and embraced, and where they can develop and use their talents and skills in the best possible manner. This is based on the premise that all employees who work for Aegon, feel at home and are treated with respect. The CLA parties have the ambition of offering work to employees and candidates with an impairment, so that they can participate in society like any other.
