Objective of the Contract. The Corporation shall deliver paddy to the custom xxxxxx at the paddy purchase center, which shall be transported & kept under joint custody of xxxxxx & Corporation for storing, milling of the paddy & delivery of the Custom Milled Rice to the Corporation/FCI at designated places.
Objective of the Contract. As per Food and Procurement Policy for KMS 2022-23, the Corporation has to undertake for procurement of paddy from farmers at the PPC to be operated by selected WSHGs as commission agent. The DSWO shall act as Nodal Officer for procurement of FAQ / URS paddy through WSHGs in the concerned districts.
Objective of the Contract. As per the Food and Procurement Policy for KMS 2019-20, the Corporation has to undertake procurement of paddy from farmers engaging PACS as Commission Agent. Individual PACS shall act as Commission Agent of the Corporation for procurement of FAQ / URS paddy from the farmers in the concerned districts. On behalf of OSCSC Ltd., CSO-cum-DM shall execute agreement with individual Society/PACS. For the purpose of authenticity ARCS, concerned will endorse the signature of the Secretary/Authorized functionary of the PACS on the document. DRCS shall supervise/monitor the entire process of procurement.
Objective of the Contract. 2.1 The objective of the Contract is to explore for, develop, produce and sell Coalbed Methane, Liquid Hydrocarbons or Coalbed Methane Products that may exist in the Contract Area, including all activities necessary to transport and market CBM, CBM Products and Liquid Hydrocarbons from the Contract Area.
2.2 The Contractor shall apply its appropriate and advanced technology and assign its competent experts to perform the Coalbed Methane Operations.
2.3 During the performance of the CBM Operations, the Contractor shall, as far as practicable and appropriate, transfer its technology used in CBM Operations hereunder to allow the Chinese Personnel to utilize said technology and to train such personnel in accordance with Article 16 hereof.
2.4 The Contractor shall bear all the exploration costs required for the Exploration Operations. In the event that any CBM Field is discovered within the Contract Area, the development costs of such CBM Field shall be borne by the Parties in proportion to their participating interests: thirty percent (30%) by CUCBM and seventy percent (70%) by the Contractor. In the event that CUCBM opts to participate at a level less than thirty percent (30%) of the participating interests, or not to participate in the development of the CBM Field, the Contractor shall bear the remaining development costs necessary for the development of the CBM Field in accordance with Article 12.1.2 hereof.
2.5 If any CBM Field is discovered within the Contract Area, the CBM and/or Liquid Hydrocarbons produced therefrom shall be allocated in accordance with Articles 12 and 13 hereof.
2.6 Nothing contained in the Contract shall be deemed to confer any right on the Contractor other than those rights expressly granted hereunder.
Objective of the Contract. The Corporation shall deliver paddy to designated Transport Contractor/custom xxxxxx at the paddy purchase center as decided by DLPC, which shall be transported & kept under safe and scientific storage for milling & delivery of the Custom Milled Rice to the Corporation/FCI at designated places.
Objective of the Contract. 2.1 The objective of the Contract is to develop the Petroleum discovery with proved commercial value within the Contract Area and to produce the Petroleum.
2.2 The Contractor shall apply its appropriate and advanced technology and managerial experience and assign its competent experts to perform the Petroleum Operations.
2.3 During the performance of the Petroleum Operations, the Contractor shall transfer its technology to the Chinese Personnel and train them in accordance with Article 16 hereof and Annex IV — Training of Chinese Personnel and Transfer of Technology.
2.4 The Contractor shall bear all the costs required for the Pilot Test Operations. If the Contractor opts to enter into development period, the Contractor shall bear all the costs required for the Development Operations.
2.5 The Petroleum produced from the Oil Field within the Contract Area shall within the term of the Contract be allocated in accordance with Articles 13 and/or 18 hereof.
2.6 Nothing contained in the Contract shall be deemed to confer any right on the Contractor other than those rights expressly granted hereunder.
Objective of the Contract. The Executive Engineer (Irrigation) shall act as Nodal Officer for procurement of FAQ / URS paddy through PPs in the concerned districts.
