When Termination Effective Termination under Article will take effect as provided for in the Notice.
Notice of Termination by the Employer 25.1. Notice of Termination by the Employee 27.2.1 The notice of termination required to be given by an employee is the same as that required by the Employer, except that there is no requirement to give additional notice based on age.
Termination for Cause by The District The District may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause for any of the following reasons:
Notice of Retirement (a) If an Employee gives the Board an irrevocable notice of retirement by October 1st three (3) years prior to the year of retirement, the Board shall pay him/her a six percent (6%) retirement incentive, inclusive of any other increases in compensation for each of his/her remaining three years of service.
