OBLIGATION TO KEEP RECORDS. During the course of your employment by the Company, you represent that you have made and maintained and agree to continue to make and maintain adequate and current written records of all Company Intellectual Property, including notebooks and invention disclosures, which records will be available to and remain the property of the Company at all times. You will disclose all Company Intellectual Property promptly, fully and in writing to the Company immediately upon production or development of the same and at any time upon request.
