Obligation to Provide Operational Data and Status Points. The Parties shall ensure that appropriate monitoring facilities are installed as required to provide for electric power quantities or equipment loading to enable monitoring of System Operating Limits, meet requirements of each of NERC and NPCC, and for determining Interconnection Facilities inadvertent energy accounting.
