Obligations of committee. The members of the Committee shall use ordinary care and diligence in the performance of their duties. They shall be entitled to rely conclusively, and shall be fully protected in any action or omission taken by them in good faith reliance, upon the advice or opinions of any persons, firms or agents retained by them, including, but not limited to, accountants, actuaries, counsel and other specialists. Nothing contained herein shall preclude Employer from indemnifying any member for all actions under this Agreement, or from purchasing liability insurance to protect such members with respect to their duties pursuant to this Agreement.
