Common use of Obligations of Employees and Consultants Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Employees and Consultants. The Parties each represent that all of its employees and the employees of its Affiliates, and any collaborators or consultants to such Party or its Affiliates, who shall have access to confidential information of the Parties are bound by written obligations to maintain such information in confidence and not to use such information except as expressly permitted herein. Each Party agrees to enforce confidentiality obligations to which its employees and consultants (and those of its Affiliates) are obligated.
