Obligations Under Transaction Documents. Subject to Section 5.3, the Owner Trustee will perform the obligations of the Owner Trustee under this Agreement and the Transaction Documents to which the Issuer is a party. The Owner Trustee will administer the Issuer in the interest of the holder of the Residual Interest, subject to the Lien of the Indenture and according to the Transaction Documents.
