OBSERVANCE OF THE LAW. The Contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations bearing upon the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall promptly correct any violations thereof and shall keep FAO informed of any conflict or problem arising in relation to national authorities. In addition, the Contractor shall maintain compliance with all obligations relating to its registration as a qualified vendor of goods or services to FAO, as such obligations are set forth in FAO vendor registration procedures.
