Common use of Observation Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Observation Scheduling. There will be at least three (3) weeks between the scheduled observations set forth in the subsection B.3 of this Section. The last scheduled observation shall be made on or before April 1st of each year for teachers on limited contracts and on or before May 1st of each year for teachers on continuing contracts.
