How to Obtain Primary Care Services To receive care under this plan, you and all Covered Members of your family must select an In- network Primary Care Physician (PCP) to manage your health care needs. Primary Care Physicians include, but are not limited to, General Practitioners, Family Practice Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians and Obstetricians/Gynecologists (if applicable).
