Obtainment of Approvals. By no later than thirty ninety (3090) days following the Signature Date, the Project Designer shall provide the Company with a declaration certifying that the Project Designer has been granted all Approvals, including Working Permits (if necessary), as required under any Law for the provision of the Services by the Project Designer and anyone acting on its behalf (including the Management Staff and Team Members) for the six (6) month period following the Signature Date, a copy of which to be attached hereto as Exhibit 2 (Project Designer’s Declaration).
