Common use of Occasional Seniority List Clause in Contracts

Occasional Seniority List. One seniority list for occasional employees will be provided to the Union by April 15th and October 15th each year. Seniority will be accrued based on date of hire. An employee will be removed from the list in the event they do not work for twelve (12) consecutive months or do not respond to the annual application for re-admittance to the list. The purpose of this list is to provide an accurate list of all employees available for supply purposes in all occupational groups.
