Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Plan. Prior to the beginning of starting its activity, the SUPPLIER must Supplier shall be obliged to prepare a written report in which analysing the working occupational and environmental risks for each activity to be developed are assessed performed (Risk Scenario Overview or Risk Assessment). This document must be revised reviewed and approved by ENEL prior to its implementation. Once ENEL has approved by ENEL, the Occupational Health, Safety, Safety and Environment Plan, and all the measures and activities included therein in this document must be carried out. In order to guarantee the fulfilment To ensure compliance and supervision of said the aforementioned Plan, the SUPPLIER Supplier must appoint personnel for this purpose. Said ; said personnel must be approved by ENEL ENEL, taking into consideration account the competency skills that are required for performing to perform the functions roles included in the Plan. The costs arising from involved in the implementation of the Occupational Health, Safety, Safety and Environment Plan, as well as the risk attention assessment for the execution performance of the activitiesactiviti es, must have been budgeted for and included in the price established by the SUPPLIER when Supplier at the offer was presented, consequently, time of presenting their proposal. ENEL shall therefore not recognise agree to pay any additional value for amounts in this conceptregard.
