In case there are the event that changes occur during the period of validity term of this Contract, they shall must be immediately notified to ENELimmediately. For its part, ENEL shall appoint designate a person from the th e company as a contact person for issues on Safety and EnvironmentEnvironmental issues and/or appoint a Safety and Environment Coordinator. The costs arising from involved in the implementation of the Occupational Health, Safety, Safety and Environment Plan, as well as the risk attention assessment for the execution performance of the activities, must have been budgeted for and included in the price established by the SUPPLIER when Supplier at the offer was presented, consequently, time of presenting their proposal. ENEL shall therefore not recognise agree to pay any additional value for amounts in this conceptregard.
