Occurrence Coverage. Triad shall also carry “occurrence” coverage for general liability claims that could arise out of Triad’s operation of the Clinics. Such coverage shall be for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 million in the aggregate. Triad shall name the District as an additional insured under this coverage.
