Common use of Off-Duty Phone Calls Clause in Contracts

Off-Duty Phone Calls. Section 1. An employee who responds to a telephone call at home outside their work schedule hours and the employee is required to perform assigned duties, by a management representative or their designee, at their home will be compensated for actual time worked at the appropriate overtime rate of pay/compensatory time but no less than fifteen (15) minutes per call.
