Common use of Off Duty Telephone/Computer Work at Home Clause in Contracts

Off Duty Telephone/Computer Work at Home. 5 Any employee directed to perform work from home outside of their regular 6 scheduled hours, will receive one (1) hour pay or the length of work whichever is greater, at the 7 appropriate rate according to the provision of Section IV below.
