Union Representative or Xxxxxxx Access A Union representative or xxxxxxx shall, upon written authority of the employee, be entitled to read and review an employee’s personnel file in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. Applicable for Home Care Nurses: In the event that the Employer transfers the delivery of Home Care services to another employer, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of any transfer of services. The notification to the Union shall identify which services are being transferred, the name of the employer to which the services are being transferred and the names of the nurses within the bargaining unit affected by the transfer of services. At the request of either party, the parties shall meet to discuss the impact of the transfer.
