Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.
Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.
Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Saint Xxxx University Residence” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.
Storage Services 2.1. The Storage Customer agrees to contract the following Bundled Product offered by the Storage Service Provider at the Storage Facility in accordance with the respectively valid Storage Specification (Annex 3 to this Agreement) as applicable on the date of conclusion of the Agreement at the Storage Fee stipulated herein: Short- Term Agreement Prince - Pack Short-Term
