Common use of Offences Clause in Contracts

Offences. 51.1. The Supplier must not commit or attempt to commit any offence: 51.1.1. under the Bribery Act 2010; 51.1.2. of fraud, uttering, theft, embezzlement or reset at common law; or 51.1.3. of any other kind referred to in regulation 58(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. 51.2. Breach of clause 46.1 is a material breach for the purposes of clause 66 (Termination Rights).
