Common use of Offer of Employment Clause in Contracts

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 of the New York Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Offer of Employment. Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010June 18, 2012, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent superintendent of Schools schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this AgreementContract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 of the New York Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010July 1st, 2008, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreementagreement.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010June 26, 2008, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent superintendent of Schools schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this AgreementContract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010June , 2014, hereby offers to continue to employ the Assistant Superintendent as the District’s Assistant Superintendent of Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this AgreementContract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010October 20, 2015, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this AgreementContract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 1711 of the New York Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,201013, 2013, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools upon the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this Agreement; said employment offer subject to Mr. Plow’s obtainment, possession and maintenance of valid and appropriate certification to act as Superintendent of Schools in the State of New York.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010May 13, 2021, hereby offers confirms its offer to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to Section 1711, subsection 3 the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on November 16,2010June 3, 2014, hereby offers to continue to employ the Superintendent as the District’s Superintendent of Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this AgreementContract.
