Common use of Offer of Employment Clause in Contracts

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26, 2008, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent of schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Offer of Employment. Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions Section 1711, subsection 3 of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26, 2008November 16,2010, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent District’s Superintendent of schools of the District Schools upon the terms and conditions set forth in this ContractAgreement.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26May 13, 20082021, hereby offers confirms its offer to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent of schools Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this ContractAgreement.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 2618, 20082012, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent of schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26October 20, 20082015, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent Superintendent of schools Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26April 25, 20082007, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent Superintendent of schools Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this ContractAgreement.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26, 20082014, hereby offers to continue to employ the Assistant Superintendent as the superintendent Assistant Superintendent of schools Schools of the District upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Offer of Employment. The Board, pursuant to the applicable provisions Section 1711 of the New York State Education Law, and in accordance with a resolution duly moved, seconded and adopted at a meeting held on June 26November 13, 20082013, hereby offers to employ the Superintendent as the superintendent of schools of the District Schools upon the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this ContractAgreement; said employment offer subject to Mr. Plow’s obtainment, possession and maintenance of valid and appropriate certification to act as Superintendent of Schools in the State of New York.

Offer of Employment.
