Offered Services. 3.1 AT&T may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order BA Offered Services from BA.
3.2 BA may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order AT&T Offered Services from AT&T.
3.3 An Offered Service shall be ordered by a Purchasing Party in accordance with the procedures established in or pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the procedures established in or pursuant to Attachment 4, “Provisioning and Ordering”.
3.4 Upon receipt and acceptance by a Providing Party of an Order for an Offered Service from the Purchasing Party, the Providing Party shall provide, and the Purchasing Party shall subscribe to, use and pay for, the Offered Service, in accordance with this Agreement.
Offered Services. 3.1 Sprint may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order BA Offered Services from BA.
3.2 BA may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order Sprint Offered Services from Sprint.

Offered Services. This Agreement describes the basic electronic banking services provided under the Service. The Bank can also include additional electronic banking services in the future. All present and future electronic banking services will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Designated Account Agreement.
A. Payments made to your Designated Accounts through the Service When you give the Bank instructions to make payments to your Designated Accounts, the Bank can debit the Checking and/or Savings account that you selected from your registered payment accounts (Designated Payment Account) and credit your Designated Account.
B. Payment types that can be made through the Service
1. Recurring Payments – These payments allow you to preauthorize the Bank to make periodic payments without having to give additional instructions each time you want the Bank to make a payment. Recurring payments require that you set the day of the month on which you want the Bank to debit the Designated Payment Account. These payments will continue indefinitely until the account balance owed has been paid off, or you can select the month and year when the Recurring Payments will stop. You can also stop the Recurring payments at any time by following these instructions:

ii. Click on the Payments tab on the left menu;
iii. Click on the Recurring Payments button on the top right section of the screen;
iv. Click on the Stop Payment Plan link on the bottom of the screen; and

Offered Services. Cleaning: Cleaning and changing of the linens and towels provided daily. The guest agrees that the host and the cleaners HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE RESIDENCE for cleaning according to their daily schedule. TRANSFER AND TRANSPORTATION: Booking your transfer in advance is necessary especially on the peak season as taxis at the airport / port are really limited.
Offered Services. This Service Agreement describes the basic electronic banking services provided under the Internet Banking, Mi Banco Comercial and TelePago Popular® services. Other electronic banking services can be available depending on which services you subscribe to and utilize, and depending on which financial institution you hold the Designated Account. The Bank can also include additional electronic banking services in the future. All present and future electronic banking services will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement and the Designated Account Agreement.
Offered Services. Maintenance Services will include:
1. Product Covered Exhibit B lists all Product types for which Supplier offers Maintenance Services. No Authorized User is obligated to continue Maintenance Services on Product(s) that has been removed from service, provided Supplier has been notified in writing of such removal.

The host will provide as much info as possible to the guest to book his / her transfer in advance. Booking your transfer in advance is necessary especially on the peak season as taxis at the airport / port are really limited.
