Accounts, Passwords and Security. 5.1 To open an account to use the Service (an “Account“), you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You will also receive a password and a unique member identity. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify TeleMessage immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

If Supplier concludes that there has been or is likely to be a breach of username or password security Supplier may (at its sole discretion):
(a) suspend your username(s) and passwords; and
(b) require you to change any or all of the username(s) and/or password(s) you use in connection with the Service.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to click to agree to these Terms of Use. You will be asked to provide your name. To create the account, you must provide an email address, which will be used as your username, and a password. You must keep your password and account login secret, safe and secure at all times. Secretlab won’t be liable if a third party gets unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts, Passwords and Security. 5.1 In order to gain access to and use Services, Customer must complete a registration process by providing Saidot with current, complete and accurate information in the applicable order form (“Order Form”).
5.2 Customer may access and use Services solely for its own benefit and in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and any use restrictions designated in the applicable Order Form. If Customer is given API keys or passwords to access Services, Customer will require that all users under its accounts (“Permitted User(s)”) keep API keys, user ID and password information strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared.
5.3 Customer will be responsible for any and all actions taken using Customer's accounts and passwords. If any Permitted User who has access to a user ID of Customer is no longer an employee or personnel of Customer, then Customer will immediately delete such user ID and otherwise terminate such Permitted User's access to Services. Customer agrees to notify Xxxxxx immediately of any unauthorized use of Customer’s account or any other breach of security.
5.4 Xxxxxx agrees to use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure of any Services or customer data stored on the Saidot platform. However, Xxxxxx will have no responsibility for errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond Xxxxxx's control.

Xxxx Xxxxx may access your Account from time to time to provide you assistance with technical or billing issues or in order to maintain or improve the Services. Certain features of the Site or the Services are associated with charges or fees. All charges and fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless expressly identified otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable charges and fees associated with your use of the Services. To access the parts of the Services that are associated with charges and fees, you must provide requested details and follow applicable billing procedures. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided and that the information provided by you is true and accurate. Xxxx Xxxxx accounts are billed in advance.

You may be held liable for losses incurred by the IDAs or any other third party, including but not limited to, any user of or visitor to the Websites, due to someone else using your IDs, passwords, user names, or accounts as a result of you failing to keep your account information secure and confidential. You may not access, use, distribute, copy or obtain any information regarding anyone else’s IDs, passwords, user names, or accounts at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder. You may not assume the identity of any other person, organization or entity when opening or using any ID, password, user name or account, or when providing contact or other personal information to the IDAs. You may not provide any other person’s, organization’s, or entity’s contact or other personal information to the IDAs without such person’s, organization’s, or entity’s express written permission to do so. The IDAs will not be liable for any loss or damage to you or to any other person, organization, or entity arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
