Office Bearers. The General Body of the Association shall elect in the prescribed manner following office bearers:
Office Bearers. The Chairperson will alternate between employee and management representatives of the Committee, and the Chairperson for the next meeting will be determined at the close of each meeting. The Union official on the Committee is not eligible to be the Committee’s Chairperson nor to undertake any other role on the committee. Technology Services will provide secretarial assistance to the Committee. The Secretary is not an employee elected representative and is not entitled to vote on matters being considered by the Committee, unless appointed dually as a management representative to the Committee.
Office Bearers. (a) Employees and management will elect either one or the other of the following office bearers: ⮚ Chairperson; and ⮚ Vice Chairperson.
(b) Management and Employees shall have equal representation in holding the key offices of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson e.g. if the position of Chairperson is held by a management representative, the position of Vice Chairperson will be filled by an Employee representative and vice-versa.
(c) The Committee will rotate the position of Chairperson or Vice Chairperson annually.
(d) The Chairperson will manage the meetings to ensure that discussion takes place, all Committee members participate and that recommendations and decisions are made.
(e) The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson will work together to prepare draft agendas for submission to the Committee, check minutes of meetings and organise meeting times and venues.
Office Bearers. 16.1 The Directors shall appoint the following office bearers:
16.1.1 a Chairperson pursuant to Clause 14.5;

Office Bearers. The Licensee shall advise the Licensor at least once in every year and also on any change, the name address and contact phone number of the Local Manager, Assistant Local Manager, Treasurer and the Officer in charge of maintenance within twenty eight (28) days of their appointment.
Office Bearers. The Officers of this Association shall be President, Vice-President, Executive Officer, Historian-Statistician, Communications Officer and up to six (6) Executive Committee members. The above mentioned Office Bearers shall constitute the Executive Committee. All Office Bearers shall be entitled to a vote of equal value regardless of whether they are Full, Associate or Life Members. Any Associate Member eligible for Full Membership of the Association and who holds a position on the Executive Committee shall join the Association as a Full Member.
