Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.
Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.
Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
Labor Compliance Program The City has its own Labor Compliance Program authorized in August 2011 by the DIR. The City will withhold contract payments when payroll records are delinquent or deemed inadequate by the City or other governmental entity, or it has been established after an investigation by the City or other governmental entity that underpayment(s) have occurred. Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.
Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:
Operational Manual (a) The Multiplex Licensee agrees to develop an operational manual in consultation with all Access Seekers to deal with technical and operational matters that arise under or in connection with this Agreement, or the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service (Operational Manual).
EMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 4.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment.
Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 6. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.
