Omitted works. Should the PROCURING ENTITY require the CONTRACTOR to omit any work or portion of the PROJECT, the cost of work omitted shall be deducted from the Contract Price.

Copyrighted Material 1. USER agrees to, and does hereby grant to the Government, and to its officers, agents, servants and employees acting within the scope of their duties:
Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
