Cost of Work. For the Work described in Section 3 of this Agreement, Contractor shall receive the sum of exceed Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($74,500) payable in accordance with the Schedule of Payments, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (Scope of Work and Payment Schedule). Any terms other than a description of the work to be performed, costs of the work, or the payment schedule contained in Exhibit A is null and void and not a part of this Agreement.

Cost of Work. The Cost of Work will be adjusted and finalized as part of the Contract Sum in the GMP. The budget for the Cost of Work shall not exceed Eight Million Eight Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Three and No/100 Dollars ($8,891,283.00).
Cost of Work. The term "Cost of Work,” or "Direct Cost.” for the purpose of Change Orders, means the costs necessarily incurred and paid by the Contractor in the proper performance of the Change Order Work. Except as may be agreed to in writing by the Owner, such costs shall be in amounts no higher than those prevailing in the area of the project and may include the following categories: • Labor (payroll, taxes, fringe benefits, workers' compensation, health and retirement benefits, sick leave) • Owned equipment (at lowest applicable equipment manual rate) • Rented equipment (at actual rental rate) • Materials • Supplies • Subcontractor's costs • Bonds and insurance The Contractor shall require all Subcontractors and suppliers to comply with all requirements of, and provide itemizations of all claims in accordance with this Article.
Cost of Work. The term “Cost of the Work” shall mean costs necessarily incurred by the Construction Manager in the proper performance of the Work. Such costs shall be at rates not higher than those customarily paid at the place of the Project except with prior consent of the Owner. The Cost of the Work shall include only the items set forth in this Article 6.

The budget for the Cost of Work shall not exceed Ninety-Three Million Six Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Nine and No/100 Dollars ($93,686,339.00). The CMR Contingency shall be reflected in the Cost of Work for each GMP Amendment as a separate line item in CMR’s GMP for CMR’s exclusive use and benefit to cover any additional costs that may be discovered or otherwise arise during the design and construction document phases, but which costs are nevertheless the responsibility of CMR as part of the Cost of Work. The maximum amount allowed for the Cost of Work is part of the Total Project GMP.
Cost of Work. 7.1 The cost of performing the work attributable to any Change Directive shall include: .1 salaries, wages and benefits paid to personnel in the direct employ of the Construction Manager under a salary or wage schedule agreed upon by the Owner and the Construction Manager, or in the absence of such a schedule, actual salaries, wages and benefits paid under applicable bargaining agreement, and in the absence of a salary or wage schedule and bargaining agreement, actual salaries, wages and benefits paid by the Construction Manager, for personnel (1) stationed at the Place of the Work, in whatever capacity employed; (2) engaged in expediting the production or transportation of material or equipment, at shops or on the road; (3) engaged in the preparation or review of Shop Drawings, fabrication drawings and coordination drawings; or (4) engaged in the processing of changes in the Work. .2 contributions, assessments or taxes incurred for such items as employment insurance, provincial or territorial health insurance, workers' compensation, and Canada or Quebec Pension Plan, insofar as such cost is based on wages, salaries or other remuneration paid to employees of the Construction Manager and included in the cost of the Work as provided in paragraph 7.1.1; .3 travel and subsistence expenses of the Construction Manager's personnel described in paragraph 7.1.1;
Cost of Work. Cost of Work means those costs necessarily incurred by CMR in the proper performance of the Work, as defined in UGC Section 1.48, but which shall in no event be at rates greater than the standard rates in the locale of the Project, and shall be composed of only the cost items set forth in Article V of the Contract.
