The Authorities also intend, where practicable, to promote their cooperation by means of visits for informational purposes. To the extent possible, the Authorities will conduct their communication via the designated contact persons set out in Annex 1. This Annex may be amended by written notice from either Authority without the need to amend this Memorandum of Understanding.
