ON-JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYER-BASED DELIVERY. 31.1 No Funding will be payable to a Recipient where the Non-Accredited Training is delivered or provided by the employer of the Participant, and where the Recipient’s role is to validate the achievement of competency and issue the qualification or statement of attainment.
