ON-SITE and OFF-SITE PARKING. The City has Planning Board determined that the Applicant must could provide 64 on-site parking spaces for the combined uses proposed for this site. The City Council accepted this amount of parking based on the following analysis of the Belfast Planning Board. The Planning Board acknowledged that Chapter 98, Technical Standards, requires 159 spaces for the proposed uses. The Board noted that the pulse and temporary timing of the United Xxxxxx’x Market, which only runs on Saturdays and one weekday evening during the summer months, the Applicant’s intent to not operate the restaurant at 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxx while the United Xxxxxx’x Market is open, and the Applicant’s intent to require vendors of the United Xxxxxx’x Market to park off-site as important factors (among others described below) in their consideration of whether to recommend the parking plan as sufficient. The Board particularly considered the proximity of these two properties to public parking lots as well as significant on-street parking in this area, and noted that most commercial properties on the waterfront rely on public parking to accommodate customers as most sites cannot provide all of the required parking (most lots on the waterfront cannot provide even a majority of parking), but that a healthy, thriving, active waterfront is an important part of the City.   • Off-Site Storage With prior approval by the Owner and in the event Contractor elects to store materials at an off-site location, abide by the following conditions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.

  • ON-SITE STORAGE With the written approval of the Authorized User, materials, equipment or supplies may be stored at the Authorized User’s site at the Contractor’s sole risk.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Equipment and Vehicle Parking Company will ensure that all equipment, including but not limited to, vehicles owned or operated by Company, its vendors and/or contractors, will not be parked in a manner that interferes in any way with any operations at the Airport. Company’s equipment and vehicles and those of its vendors and/or contractors will be parked in designated parking areas as provided by Authority. No vehicle shall access the AOA unless directly related to Company’s business operations. All vehicles driven, escorted, or parked on the AOA must meet Authority’s insurance requirements and any other applicable Authority Rules and Regulations and security requirements. All vehicles, including those of Company’s Parties, excluding escorted vehicles, accessing the AOA must bear Company’s identification on both sides of the vehicle which should be identifiable from a distance of fifty (50) feet. Company must also display Authority’s logo decal. Information regarding vehicle access to the AOA is available from Authority’s Badging Office. All persons accessing the AOA must adhere to Authority’s SIDA training, Airport Security Program, and TSA regulations. Company will verify that its Company Parties who operate motorized vehicles on Airport property have a valid driver’s license. Company will provide evidence in writing of such verification within fifteen (15) days’ of written request by Authority. If Company fails to provide verification or if Company’s Party is found to be driving on Airport property without a valid driver’s license, Authority will revoke the offending driver’s ID Media and may assess liquidated damages against Company of up to $1,000 per occurrence. Said liquidated damages will be due and payable within fifteen (15) days’ notice of invoice for the same. On a quarterly basis, Company will conduct and maintain periodic audits of the status of the driver’s licenses of Company Parties to ensure that they possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Such audits shall be provided to Authority upon fifteen (15) days’ written request by Authority.

  • Off-Site Environmental Impacts Nothing in this Article will be construed to make Company liable in any way for any environmental impacts or release of Hazardous Substances affecting the Company Premises that occurs by reason of the migration or flow to the Company Premises from verifiable or documented off-site environmental impacts that is not attributable to Company’s activities at the Company Premises.

  • Access to the Premises Except as provided by local ordinance, after a good faith effort to give notice, the Lessor, its agents or employees shall have access at all reasonable hours to the leased premises for the purpose of examining or exhibiting the premises to prospective buyers or prospective residents, or for making alterations or repairs on the premises which the Lessor deems necessary. Lessor shall have access at all reasonable hours to perform Lessee requested repairs, unless indicated to the contrary by Lessee. In the event of an emergency, Lessor, its agents or employees shall have immediate access without notice.

  • Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.
