Parking Plan. The University agrees to ensure that adequate signage will be installed to designate spaces reserved for faculty parking and that the method of signage will be visible in all weather conditions. Snow removal will not reduce the number of faculty spaces. Parking regulations shall be promulgated and strictly enforced by the administration. In particular, Public Safety personnel shall conduct at least one patrol of each designated faculty parking lot area each day, Monday through Friday, sometime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and at least one additional patrol of Lot S, Monday through Friday, sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Designated spaces for faculty parking will remain in force daily until 4:30 p.m. in all lots except Lot S which will remain restricted until 8:00 p.m. to provide faculty parking for night classes. On weekends and holidays these regulations will be relaxed. Faculty will park only in designated faculty parking spaces until 4:30 p.m. Faculty unable to find designated parking will be able to park in the spaces reserved for public safety in the parking structure. The faculty member will then notify the University's Parking and Traffic Office of her or his parking problem. The Parking and Traffic Office will make a written report of such faculty parking problems, at least noting the date, time and day of the week. These reports will be forwarded on a monthly basis to a designated FAC officer and a designated FPC member. Faculty members are expected to report all parking problems to the designated FAC officer. The officers of FAC will bring any significant problems to the parking oversight committee described in 3 (Oversight) below. If/when faculty parking spaces are lost due to construction and other longer term events; they will be replaced with an equal number of spaces in locations acceptable to the officers of FAC and FPC. For paving and other short-term events, parking regulations will be relaxed to allow parking in unrestricted areas on campus. Faculty parking stickers will be issued only to members of the bargaining unit.
Parking Plan. The Landlord and the Tenant agree that Schedule “A” of the Lease is deleted and replaced with Schedule “A” attached hereto.
Parking Plan. On block-faces for which, in a one (1) month period, there are:
(1) Twenty-five (25) days in which thirteen (13) or more of Operators’ SMDs are simultaneously parked on the block face.
(2) Ten (10) days in which twenty-six (26) or more of Operators’ SMDs are simultaneously parked on the block face In cases as described (1) and (2) above, Operator(s) shall work with the Department to develop and implement a parking plan, which may include required deployment locations and/or corrals. Operator(s) shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary state and/or local permits for creation of the parking corral and implementing and maintaining signage and pavement markings outlined in the plan.
Parking Plan. The IL LUA shall provide a minimum of 4.5 parking stalls per 1,000 square feet of employment space, with a maximum of 5,400 stalls. The MX LUA shall have 2.0 to 2.5 stalls per 1,000 square feet of non-residential building space; and 1.5 stalls per multi-family dwelling unit, with a total parking stall range of 1,500 to 2,400 parking stalls. The SFR and MFR LUAs shall provide parking in accordance with R-9 and R-30 zone designations under VMC chapter 20, respectively. The school shall provide parking in accordance with VMC Table 20.945.070-2. The Parking Plan, including proposed temporary parking lots, shared parking lots, and potential parking garages is provided at Exhibit B-4. To the extent the Full Site Utilization Plan and the Parking Plan are inconsistent, the Parking Plan controls, regarding the proper interpretation of the size, location, and purpose of parking uses in the Master Plan. Each site plan or subdivision application shall demonstrate how it contributes toward compliance of the entire Property with the parking requirements of RCW 20.430.060.C.2.h (including the 25% variance, if necessary) at full Property build out.
Parking Plan. The number of parking spaces required for each site, and the specific location of the same, shall be designated in plans for each site which have been submitted and approved in the manner set forth herein. In determining the number of parking spaces and the location thereof of each site, Grantor shall consider the exact nature of the use proposed for the site; the anticipated number and manner of employment of persons on the site; the nature and location of proposed structures on the site; and such other matters as Grantor shall deem relevant.
Parking Plan. Tenant shall submit to Landlord, for its consent and approval, prior to the Possession Date, a parking plan for customer, patron, member and valet parking at the Premises. The first draft of the proposed parking plan shall be submitted to Landlord by Tenant not later than July 15, 2009.
Parking Plan. The parties shall use best efforts to promptly agree during the Feasibility Study Period to a parking plan to provide for Seller's use, as the tenant of Lot 30, of (a) at least 18 parking spaces on the Real Property for Seller's employees and visitors during the period between the Closing Date and the date when Buyer's construction activities on the Real Property prevent such parking on the Real Property (the "Disruption Date"), (b) at least 43 parking spaces (in addition to existing spaces on Lot 30) elsewhere in the Xxxxxx Xxxxx Science Center, in reasonable proximity to Lot 30, for Seller's employees and visitors during the period between the Disruption Date and the expiration or earlier termination of Seller's lease of Lot 30 from Buyer, and (c) an increase in the number of spaces provided in (a) and (b) above equal to any decrease in the permitted number of parking spaces on Lot 30 resulting from the Lot Line Adjustment. The parking plan shall also provide that in the event that Buyer's construction activities on the Real Property results in excessive mud and dirt accumulation on vehicles owned by Seller's employees, Buyer will arrange for distribution of free car wash coupons to such employees. Buyer's obligations under this Section 14.2 shall survive the Close of Escrow.
Parking Plan. 1.01 DEVELOPER has developed a plan for utilization of all parking spaces created on the Property which parking spaces are shown on the plan attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement (the “Parking Plan”). The Parking Plan identifies three (3) separate and distinct parking areas (“Parking Areas”) to be used for parking in conjunction with the construction of Xxxxxxx Village on the Property. The Parking Areas are as follows:
Parking Plan. As required by the Baltimore City Zoning Code, the applicant shall identify how it plans to maintain or decrease the parking load on the neighborhood. Specifically, the application shall provide for the development, the maintenance of such a plan, and a copy of the signed contract for additional parking.2
Parking Plan. Prior to the commencement of development of the Property, Developer shall provide a Parking Plan to the Town for its review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Parking Plan shall show the location and size of proposed spaces.
