The applicant must i. produce a birth certificate for the under school age child;
ii. sign a statutory declaration to the effect that absence has been due to the care of an under school age child and paid employment has not been entered into for more than 15 hours per week or other income received during that absence.
The applicant must. (a) exercise its rights and comply with its obligations under each Works Contract to which it is a party; and
(b) ensure (so far as this is within its control) that others exercise their rights and comply with their obligations under each Works Contract, in a manner consistent with its obligations under this Agreement and the Guidance and in a proper and timely manner.
The applicant must i. produce a birth certificate for the pre-school child;
ii. sign a statutory declaration to the effect that absence has been due to the care of a pre-school child.
The applicant must. (1) keep, maintain and leave the Approved Area and Council’s Property clean and in good repair and condition during Operating Times and at the end of each day of operation, including by:
(a) keeping all tables, chairs, fixtures, fittings and equipment used in the undertaking of the Activities at all times in a clean, sanitary and tidy condition;
(b) ensuring that adequate rubbish bins are provided and kept in a safe and sanitary manner, including by ensuring that all rubbish bins are regularly emptied, so as not to attract wildlife/pests, create an odour or overflow;
(2) comply with all laws relating to the use of the Approved Area and conduct of the Activities;
(3) immediately notify the Manager Tondoon Botanic Gardens should any damage be caused to the Tondoon Botanic Gardens and complete an accident/damage report as directed by Council;
(4) comply with any directions of the Manager Tondoon Botanic Gardens in respect to the operation of Council’s Property;
(5) hold a current food licence, if required by Council;
(6) undertake the Activity during all Operating Times;
(7) demonstrate compliance with the COVID Safe requirements in accordance with the Public Health Directions in undertaking the Activities within the Approved Area;
(8) ensure that the Applicant’s Property which is used within the Approved Area is approved by Council and:
(a) in an aesthetically acceptable condition; and
(b) kept in a proper state of repair;
(9) display this Approval during Operating Times and produce it for inspection, as required by Council;
(10) only undertake the Activities from the Specified Vehicle and keep and maintain the vehicle in a clean, tidy, orderly and roadworthy condition at all times; and
(11) at a minimum, supply coffee, tea, non-alcoholic drinks, fresh bakery goods and nutritious light meals.
The applicant must. (a) Put and keep the Unit in good substantial repair and condition in accordance with the terms of the Licence.
(b) If requested in writing, produce to the Crown for inspection the receipt for all service and other fees payable under the Licence.
(c) Comply with all legal requirements that failure to comply with might prejudice the Crown’s interest in the Termination Proceeds.
The applicant must. (i) produce a birth certificate for the under school age child;

G 9 .2 Where paid employment has been entered into for substantially more than 15 hours per week or other income earned in excess of $23,000 per annum eligibility will be at the employer's discretion.
G 9 .3 An applicant seeking to return to the University should give at least three months’ notice and renew that notice at least one month before the date s/he wishes to return to work or one month before the expiry of the period in G 9.1, whichever is the earlier. This notice shall be forwarded to the employer who shall acknowledge receipt of it.
G 9.4 Where an applicant meets the conditions in G 9.1 to G 9.3, and at the time of the application:
a) they have the necessary skills to fill competently a vacancy which is available in the University; and
b) the position is substantially the same in character and at the same or lower salary as the position previously held, that applicant is to be appointed in preference to any other applicant for the position.

4.1 Has the necessary skills to fill competently a vacancy which is available in the University; and H8.
4.2 The position is substantially the same in character and at the same or lower salary as the position previously held, then the applicant under these provisions is to be appointed in preference to any other applicant for the position.
H8.5 Absence will interrupt service but not break it, however, the period of absence will not count as service for the purposes of leave entitlements.
H8.6 If an applicant is not appointed to any position within three months after the expiry of the period in H8.1.1 above, the benefits of these provisions will lapse.
The applicant must. 16.1.1 Hold an inventory of all Capital Assets and review it at regular intervals (and in any event at least once a year).
16.1.2 Update the inventory record of all registerable Capital Assets and complete a return to the Accountable Body with the 4th quarter’s monitoring returns each year.
16.1.3 Maintains the inventory record of all Capital Assets for their useful life and until the asset is written off according to standard accounting practice. If written off then an auditable record of the decision must be kept.
16.1.4 Maintain records as required by clause 7.2.3 and make the same available for inspection or audit on demand by officials or representatives of NELC, the Partnership, any External Auditor or other duly authorised person or body acting with statutory authority.
The applicant must. 5.1.1 ensure that its servant agents and invitees take all reasonable care to avoid damaging the Facilities or any other improvements on University land and immediately report any such damage to the University;
5.1.2 provide adequate security controls and ensure generally the good order and conduct of the activities;
5.1.3 ensure that its servants, agents and invitees do not smoke in buildings on University land;
5.1.4 pay the cost of repairing any damage caused to the Facilities by the Applicant or its servants, agents or invitees or as a result of a failure by the Applicant to lock a room or building after use;
5.1.5 at the expiration of the occupancy remove all rubbish and waste from the Facilities and ensure the Facilities are left in the same condition as at the commencement date of this Agreement.
The applicant must. 5.1.1 ensure that its servant agents and invitees take all reasonable care to avoid damaging the Facilities or any other improvements on the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Athletic Field land and immediately report any such damage to CAGMC.
5.1.2 provide adequate security controls and generally ensure the good order and conduct of the activities.
5.1.3 ensure that its servants, agents and invitees do not smoke within the perimeters of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Athletic Field.
5.1.4 pay the cost of repairing any damage caused to the Facilities by the Applicant or its servants, agents or invitees or as a result of a failure by the Applicant to lock a room or building after use.
5.1.5 at the expiration of the occupancy ensure that all rubbish and waste is placed in the bins provided and ensure the Facilities are left in the same condition as at the commencement date of this Agreement.
5.1.6 ensure that prior to using the sand pits for triple/long jump that the sand is frequently turned over and raked to ensure it is in a fit and safe state for use by the athletes.
5.1.7 Supervise the use of external toilets and ensure the area is clean and tidy after use.
