ON-SITE SALES. Exhibitors may offer information that is educational, professional, or instructional. “Over-the-counter” sales of goods or services for onsite delivery—or the taking of orders or exchange of cash, checks, or credit card numbers for delivery at a later date — are expressly prohibited.

ON-SITE SALES. Exhibitor information and materials must be educational, professional, or instructional. Exhibitor may not engage in “over-the-counter” sales of goods or services for onsite delivery or in the taking of orders or exchange of cash, checks, or credit cards for delivery at a later date.
ON-SITE SALES. Cash or Credit Cards sales are permitted. License, taxes to sell, payment of sales tax and any other legal business requirements are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Purchasers of goods must be provided with a bill of sale or receipt.
ON-SITE SALES. In accordance with the Association’s By-Laws, the Association is unable to grant to BLUE STREAM the right to conduct door-to-door sales activities within the Community.
