On Standby. When a regular full-time employee on standby pay is called in to work and reports for work on a day other than his/her regularly scheduled work day, he/she shall be provided with and assigned to at least a minimum of two (2) hours work. In the event such work is not available, the employee shall be paid a minimum reporting allowance equal to two (2) hours pay at his/her regular hourly rate.

The Employer agrees that any driver who is not on a regular scheduled route and who is required to standby at home for work, shall call the Employer dispatch not earlier than a.m. Should no work be available to the standby relief driver at the time of the driver will be released from any further obligation for that day.
