Call-in Allowance. Any employee who has completed his/her shift and, having clocked out, is then asked to work extra time, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate rates for such additional work.

Call-in Allowance. The definition of “call-in” and “report to work” will include any necessary interactive communication to or from an employee on a work related emergency. Employee will be compensated at the straight time rate for all time required to respond to the emergency which gave rise to the call, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. The reason for the call along with any other documentation deemed necessary by the City will be submitted for each emergency call. This policy shall only apply to Water, Wastewater, Electric, and Equipment Maintenance Divisions.
Call-in Allowance. The Gallery agrees that an employee who has left the Gallery premises and who is notified to report for work and who reports to work outside her normal scheduled hours of work will receive the greater of one and one-half (1½) times the actual hours worked or a minimum of three (3) hours regular straight time hourly rate.
