Job Injuries - An employee shall suffer no loss of earnings for the balance of the day he/she received injury in the plant, if he/she is sent home, to the hospital or doctor because of this injury, or any day he/she must receive medical attention outside the plant because of a plant injury, provided he/she is not reimbursed by Worker's Compensation for the time involved.
