Definition of Shifts and Shift Premiums. (a)
(1) Day Shift - all hours worked between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. inclusive.

(c) Where an employee opts to work a shift which includes weekend work other than during winter shift, a premium of one dollar and fifty-cents ($1.50) per hour will apply.

(c) These premiums do not apply to overtime on a day of rest.
