Common use of One-Time Charges Clause in Contracts

One-Time Charges. The Charges set out below are non-refundable once they are imposed on the Contracting QP by Nucleus Connect in the manner specified below. In addition, depending on when the relevant action is preferred by the Contracting QP to be undertaken by Nucleus Connect, the following multiplier factor will be applied to the NC Charges set out below.
