Common use of Ongoing Billings Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Billings. The Contractor shall submit all xxxxxxxx and claims for services rendered during a given billing period no later than 20 days after the last day of that billing period, except that the Contractor shall submit all xxxxxxxx for services performed on or before June 30th of a given fiscal year.
