Ongoing Customer Responsibilities. Customer and each Designated Related Entity shall have the sole responsibility, on an ongoing basis, for: (i) Monitoring the features and capabilities of the Business Online Banking Services and assessing the propriety of continuing its enrollment in the Business Online Banking Services and the activities authorized under this Section 33; (ii) Assessing the propriety of its continuing participation in the activities authorized hereunder (which includes Customer’s authority and ability to designate additional Designated Related Entities, additional Accounts, and additional Authorized Users); (iii) Obtaining from Customer updated listings of all Designated Related Entities, Accounts and Authorized Users under this arrangement, together with such further information concerning such Designated Related Entities, Accounts and Authorized Users as the Designated Related Entity deems necessary; (iv) Obtaining from Customer the level of access (e.g., “View” only or “Full”) provided to each Authorized User, and determining the propriety of that level of access; and (v) Establishing and maintaining appropriate procedures to account for its funds and transactions in its Accounts.

Related to Ongoing Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

Users shall adopt a clear desk policy for papers and removable storage media and a clear screen policy for information processing facilities.

  • Customer’s Responsibilities 9.1 If and to the extent applicable or under the control of the Customer, Customer shall provide complete and accurate information regarding requirements for the Project and the Site(s), including, without limitation, constraints, space requirements, underground or hidden facilities and structures, and all applicable drawings and specifications. 9.2 Customer shall prepare, file for, and use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain all Required Approvals necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. 9.3 Customer shall reasonably cooperate with Company as required to facilitate Company’s performance of the Work.

Prepare the Trust’s Annual and Semi-Annual Reports to Shareholders and amendments to its Registration Statements (on Form N-1A or any replacement therefor). 6. Compile data for, prepare and file timely Notices to the SEC required pursuant to Rule 24f-2 under the 1940 Act. 7. Determine the daily pricing of the portfolio securities and computation of the net asset value and the net income of Fund in accordance with the Prospectus, resolutions of the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and the procedures set forth in EXHIBIT A: NET ASSET VALUE CALCULATIONS. 8. Keep and maintain the financial accounts and records of the Fund and provide the Trust with certain reports, as needed or requested by the Fund. 9. Provide officers for the Trust as requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees. 10. Perform fund accounting services for the Fund as set forth in EXHIBIT B: FUND ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS. 11. Generally assist in all aspects of the operations of the Fund.

  • Supplier’s Responsibilities 14.1 The Supplier shall supply all the Goods and Related Services included in the Scope of Supply in accordance with GCC Clause 12, and the Delivery and Completion Schedule, as per GCC Clause 13.

  • Owner Responsibilities The project owner or the engineer or architect of record acting as the owner’s agent shall fund special inspection services.
