Ongoing Management. All disputes which may arise with respect to any matter related to any Custom Engineering Services shall, to the extent possible, be resolved by the project managers for each Party, as soon as practicable and in any event within 10 Business Days of when it arises. If the project managers fail to resolve the dispute within 10 Business Days of when it arises, then their respective supervisors or other senior executives designated by the Parties shall work to resolve the dispute, as soon as practicable and in any event within 10 Business Days of when it was referred to them. Each Party shall ensure that its representative for such discussions has the necessary authority to resolve any dispute on behalf of that Party.
